Session 2- Build Your Foundation is a 1:1 Session and must be completed before beginning Session 3 - The Hunger Scale.
We will schedule this session at the completion of Session 1 - Discover Your Why
After gaining clarity and establishing your “why” in session one, we will build a solid foundation to help you reach, and possibly even, exceed your personal weight release and health goals.
