Session 4 - Screen of the Mind
You are three weeks into the your weight release program and at this point your why is even more clear, your foundation is solid, you can easily recognize real hunger and are fueling your body with cleanly sourced, real, whole, nutritious food in the correct portions. You are even starting to know and believe in yourself at a deeper level. Now we begin to go a bit deeper so you can accept yourself exactly as you are and with the love, kindness and respect in which the people who truly love and know you do.
As the saying goes, what we resist persists. So let’s accept who and what we are at a whole new level of kindness, compassion and unconditional love. Your best and healthiest version of you awaits.
